"Would have. Could have. Should have. This is the language of condemnation, underscored by the passivity of regret. It's a dead language. The thing is, you can't         un-sin. You can only repent." ~Pastor Steven Furtick~

Welcome! Welcome to another day in my life. If I have never mentioned this before, the weather in Saskatoon is always fluctuating. One day its snowing cats and dogs, the next, everything is melted and all you are left with is the sun. On any "normal" year(and I use that term loosely), around this time, the normal dress code theme would be, "Layers upon layers!" Instead, we have SUNSHINE, and not a parka in sight! Don't get me wrong, I love it, but I know it won't last long, because one of these days when I wake up, the ground will be covered with snow. So, I decided to enjoy the warm weather while its still present!

It's not every day that you would catch me wearing ripped jeans (probably because I have Nigerian parents who still can't grasp the fact that I paid good money for someone to rip my jeans for me! Kids these days!). Now truthfully speaking, there are some places where ripped jeans are inappropriate to wear. For example, if you work in a professional setting, like a doctor's office, or going to an interview, or to church, (unless of course, you can look past some parent's side eye).Whatever be the case, I would say use your own discretion. People are different, what is appropriate for you, might not be appropriate for others, just as long as you are comfortable with how you look and can handle the reception you get. I was kind of going for a "cool" vibe with this look. So I paired my ripped jeans with a black lace tank top and an army jacket. For shoes, I went for my favorite pair of gray booties. As for accessories, a simple necklace, a pair of sunglasses and my band-aid off course!

Until next time,
